Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients
For the Cauliflower:
- 2 Tbsp of melted unsalted butter
- 1/3 of a cup of Hot Sauce
- 1 Tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp of smoked olive oil
- 1 Large head of cauliflower
For the Blue Cheese Dipping sauce:
- 1/4 of a cup of Greek yogurt (FAGE)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of crumbles blue cheese
- 1 Tbsp of whole milk
- 2 tsp of mayo (I like to use a vegan mayo like, Just Mayo)
- Kosher salt & freshly cracked pepper
1. Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees F.
